If you send your files now
Best case, not a guarantee: Rapid lane, with a 3D model and stocked material. Assumes you order as soon as the firm quote arrives; orders after noon Pacific start the next business day. Your firm quote confirms the real dates, and your ship date locks when you order.

How it works
Quote time counts from when your files arrive. Lead time counts from your order.
Email your CAD model or drawing to sales@digitalmachine.com, or use the quote form. Tell us the quantity, material, finish and when you need parts.
An engineer checks your part against a real machine and setup, then locks the price and ship date, with design-for-manufacturing notes on anything that drives cost. Often the same shift, weekends included.
Pay by card, or on a PO with net-30 once your account is approved. Lead time starts that day.
Your project engineer keeps you posted through programming, machining and inspection, and you get the tracking number when it ships.
Lead times

Stock on hand means your job starts the day you order, instead of waiting on a metal supplier. Anything not on the shelf arrives in 1–2 business days.
Stock changes daily, and your firm quote confirms availability. Need a grade that isn't listed? Ask for it anyway. We buy to spec every week, including domestic-melt and single-heat-lot requirements.

Email your CAD model or drawing to sales@digitalmachine.com, or use the quote form, with quantities, material, finish and your target date. An engineer checks your part against a real machine and setup and sends a firm quote, often within 24 hours. Nothing is charged until you approve, and once you approve, the price is final. We never reprice after your PO, and the same part at the same quantity gets the same price next time.
Yes. We work weekends and quote 7 days a week. Send your files Friday night and your firm quote can arrive as soon as Saturday.
Lead time counts from your order. Orders confirmed by 12:00 noon Pacific on a business day start that day, so a Rapid order confirmed Monday morning can ship as soon as Thursday. After noon, it starts the next business day. Your firm quote shows the ship date for your part.
Your project engineer calls you as soon as we know, with the reason and a new date.

Yes. Quantity 1 is welcome, and so is quantity 10,000. When a prototype turns into a production part, we keep the program, fixtures and inspection plan, so reorders ship faster and cost less.
