ΔP estimate for a single straight rectangular cooling channel — the kind we machine for HPC cold plates and direct-to-chip thermal interfaces. Use it to size flow rate against pump capacity, or to validate channel cross-section before machining.

Pressure drop
Single channel, fully-developed friction plus entered minor-loss K, referenced to this channel velocity. Entrance, manifold and bend losses are excluded unless included in K. Equal flow division between parallel channels must be established. Blank property overrides use representative presets; the default Ra-to-equivalent-roughness factor is illustrative.
