Case hardening depth.
Gas-carburizing penetration estimates and measured hardness-depth evaluation. Planning results are not heat-treatment recipes or inspection acceptance. Heat treatment is coordinated through outside partners.

Li's constant-boundary diffusion model supports a planning estimate. It does not solve low-pressure pulse cycles, carbonitriding, or changing carbon-potential schedules.

The Thermex 4140HT survey reports a 48-hour process, but no furnace temperature or atmosphere history. Its measured profile is an example, not a time-depth calibration.

No predictive mode. Geometry, local heating and quench require a qualified thermal process. Induction additionally depends on coil position, frequency, power and scan speed.

ISO 18203:2026 replaces the 2016 edition. This is not a standards-conforming inspection system. The specified criterion, test load, surface condition and material-removal allowance govern.
ISO 18203:2026Source-based estimates and locally entered measurements are not approved manufacturing instructions. Do not send controlled technical data through public forms.
